Charis Family Services offers foster care licensing, adoption home studies, and PS-MAPP training for agencies across the valley. Charis Family Services is led by Nicci Kirlew, a sought after trainer and consultant in the Phoenix area with several years of experience.
Nicci completed her Masters in Social Work at Arizona State University and holds an LMSW License from the State of Arizona. She was formerly licensed in the state of Maryland where she worked as trainer and family specialist for Barker Foundation, the nation's first cooperative adoption agency. Ms. Kirlew is PS-MAPP Certified and performs training, seminars, foster care licensing, and adoption home studies for agencies across the valley.
